WAYNE'S SMOKED FISH PATE'
1 pound smoked salmon
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp  dill weed   (make sure it is not dill seed)
Few pinches  black pepper

Remove skin and any fat on bigger fish.  Finely shred the smoked salmon.
Add softened cream cheese in small chunks.  Mix well by mashing cheese
chunks into the salmon  and stir around in the bowl till blended.  It should be
flaky looking.   DON'T USE A BLENDER- or IT WILL BE A PILE OF MUSH
