3-D ARCHERY SHOOT
By: Mark Baehr
We’ve planned an in-door 3-D archery shoot for this spring. The location has changed due to the
closing of the Archery Shack. This springs shoot will take place at Nicolai’s Archery 969 N
Military Ave, Green Bay, WI, 54303 (920) 965-9995 All CTO members and their family and
friends are invited to attend. CTO will be picking up the cost of a round on the 3-D range and or a
round on the target range for our members. We will be running the shoot from 10 a.m. until 4 p.
m. and providing a lunch about 1 p.m. We haven’t determined whether we’ll be having a fun, non-
competitive shoot or possibly a competitive one with trophies and or prizes. What is certain is we’
ll all share in some good camaraderie. If you have always wanted to try your hand at archery but
don’t have any equipment we will have adaptive equipment on hand including: crossbows with
hand cranks, arrows, adaptive shooting chairs and rests. If you have a piece of adaptive equipment
that you think others could benefit from please bring it along and share your ideas with others.
Volunteers will be needed to help others on the range and to possibly help prepare and serve food
and as well. To get an idea of how much food to order/prepare we are asking that you please
respond to us by April 12th. Contact Bob Mayer at: (920) 469-2021 e-mail at:
crossbowkids@sbcglobal.net or Mark Baehr at: (920) 766-9218 e-mail at: baehrm@sbcglobal.net
Directions: Take U.S. Hwy 41 to Velp Ave in Green Bay, take Velp east approx ¾ of a mile to
Military Ave, take Military south approx. ¾ of a mile to Nicolai Archery (969 N Military Ave) on
right(west) side of road. If you need a map please call Bob or Mark. We look forward to another
great outing and hope you can make it!

Saturday April 5, 2008 8:00 A.M.
By: Larry Zander
BE THERE!! It’s important! Come out and join the
hustle and bustle of this fun work day. If this will be the
first time you participate, you will be amazed with what all
you see being done to make this event as successful as it’s
been. Our sponsors and shooters need to be greeted by
CTO members to honor their support at the event. There
are powerful words in our language and some of those
most remembered are: THANK YOU!!
Remember! Top score for a disabled shooter is 4 free
rounds of sporting clays. No prize for the person who tried
the hardest and got the least. DARN! Transportation will
be available to get to all shooting stations.
We ask that you not just buy or sell the raffle tickets sent
you but, call and ask for more. AND—We need more
door prizes. Any questions call Jean Chapman at (920)
